"Beyond The Call" is made in the cinema verite style of the dirctor's previous Academy Award nominated film "Genghis Blues." "Beyond The Call" described as "Mother Theresa meets Indiana Jones," is the story of three middle-aged men - former soldiers and modern-day knights - who travel the world delivering life-saving humanitarian aid directly in the hands of civilians and doctors; in some of the most dangerous yet beautiful places on Earth, the front lines of war zones.
